On arrival you’ll be greeted with a delicious cheeseboard with products from Dart Mountain Cheese, as well as soft drinks, tea and coffee. You’ll then go to your cooking stations and be shown how to make a beautiful sweet and savoury charcuterie board, filled with local and LegenDerry produce.

Deadly Dinner – 14.02

In collaboration with the NI Science Festival and Love Legenderry Month, prepare yourself for an evening where science meets suspense, and every sip could be your last…

Join us at the Walled City Brewery for Deadly Dinner — a night of thrills, chills, and dangerously delicious delights. This is no ordinary dining experience. Expect eerie elegance, curious concoctions, and a feast that might just keep you on edge until the very last bite.

At the heart of the evening is our host, Dr. Kathryn Harkup — acclaimed chemist, writer, and expert in the deadly and the delectable. Known for her razor-sharp wit and fascination with fatal formulas, Kathryn will lead you deep into the world of poisonous plots and murderous mysteries.

A Taste for Change – 19.02

Join us for an immersive food experience that invites you to taste, learn, and take part in shaping the future of Northern Ireland’s food system. A Taste for Change brings together local growers, producers, and innovators to explore how food connects health, the environment, and our economy, inspired by the NI Food Strategy Framework, we want to hear your thoughts.

Over three courses of conversation and discovery, you’ll hear real stories from those leading change in our food landscape — from small-scale growers to community champions to innovative producers. Together, we’ll explore how their work reflects the Framework’s missions: improving lifelong health and wellbeing, supporting sustainable supply chains, and building economic prosperity through food.

Enjoy locally sourced dishes prepared by a guest chef, each course designed to illustrate the Framework’s principles of food as nourishment, connection, and innovation. Between bites, take part in lively discussions and share your own food stories and pledges for a more sustainable food future.

This is more than a meal — it’s a conversation about how we can use food to transform health, climate, and community across Northern Ireland.
